All course bookings require full payment to secure your spot. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled course date may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%, less any costs already incurred (venue hire, trainer fees, accommodation, and other pre-booked expenses). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course date, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a refund.
If a course is cancelled by Dawson's Training Services, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
